Soca Feteness promotes Caribbean culture, through health and fitness by combining the energy of a Caribbean Carnival or Party (Fete), with high energy aerobic moves to provide a cultural fitness experience! Our soca jam session helps you burn up to 1000 calories while you have fun toning and sculpting your waistline.
Classes begin with a warm up that will help you get into the grove of hip isolation "whining" techniques and other caribbean moves, while also giving you a total body cardio workout. By this point, you are now an honorary Soca Rebel ! During our Soca jam, you will have fun as you would if you were at carnival and also sweat like you just finished working out.
Our classes consist of simple, but fun to learn dance routines to some of the latest Soca, Dancehall and Afrobeat music. To finish class, we end with a cool down/stretch. Whether you are a first time dancer or a an experienced professional,
